R60k - map size 120 to 120 km or 60 km around the center.
T -  means that these maps contain information on thermally active zones (zones birth thermals)  

If T is not - this means that the usual detailed maps, which do not include a (zones birth thermals)

SE - wind direction in the calculation of maps.
